The Southern Sports Association of Tasmanian Independent Schools Inter-school athletics carnival was run on Wednesday 21 September in quite favourable conditions up at the newly refurbished Domain Athletic Centre in Hobart.
The day was successful on many fronts and featured some fabulous performances from all students with some outstanding performances by the record breakers listed below:

The State Carnival this year will be staged in Launceston at St Leonards Athletics Centre in Launceston on Saturday October 15.
