The carnival started in perfect conditions with three records being broken during morning events in the programme.

Congratulations to:

Joshua Hwaba from The Friends School Boys Under 16 riple Jump 13.68m (Old Meet Record:  13.55m)

Lauchlan Colgrave from St Patrick’s College Boys Under 13 90m Hurdles 13.91 secs (Old Meet Record: 14.22 secs)

Darcy Noonan from St Virgil’s College Boys Under 13 600gm Javelin 38.33m (Old Meet Record: 37.85m)

Unfortunately storms and heavy rain caused the afternoon programme to be abandoned.  As a result no shields or age group pennants were awarded.  See the link below for results from those events completed.
