Well done to all students competing in Term 3’s SSATIS Girls Netball and Boys Basketball competitions.

The first final to take place will be the SSATIS Girls 2nd Grade Netball final which is to be held between MacKillop and Dominic. It will take place on Wed 10th September, 4:00 PM at Aurora Sports Stadium. Although MacKillop remain undefeated throughout the regular season, Dominic have come closest to beating them and will be determined to give MacKillop a tough challenge.

Immediately after that game will be the SSATIS Girls 1st Grade Netball final between Guilford Young and St Mary’s. It will take place on Wed 10th September, 5:00 PM at Aurora Sports Stadium. It should be a top-quality match, as both teams proved to be very strong throughout the regular season.

The following day will include the SSATIS Boys 1st Grade Basketball final between Hutchins and Guilford Young. It will take place on Thu 11th September, 4:15 PM at Hutchins. Both teams have beaten each other during the regular season and the last time they met was a controversial and very close game, so both teams will be determined come out on top of this final game.
